WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY OFFERING SHIPPING!! Please do not select this as an option when checking out. 

Due to the nature of our business, we DO NOT offer refunds once your order has been dipped. 

We understand that life happens. 

If you need to cancel your order we ask for 48 hours notice in which you will receive store credit for a future order.

 If there is an incorrect order made, we will re-dip it correctly as a one time courtesy and no extra charge to you.

 We ask that you please read and verify all invoices before submitting any payment. Verify all details for pick up or delivery are accurate to avoid any discrepancies. 

DELIVERY:

We engage in no-contact delivery unless otherwise requested & you will receive an email as soon as your order has been delivered. 

Orders that have been placed the same day or with in 4 days of the day of pick up are subject to a same day order fee of atleast $25.00 (This does not apply to Market pre-order pick ups).

PICK-UP:

If your pick up time needs to change please reach out by email, Phone or text so we can work with you.

Please include the make & model of your vehicle in the pick up/delivery details section and the name of the person picking up, if it’s someone other than the name on the order. 

If you are more than 10 minutes late without communication you will forfeit your pick up for that day and the option for store credit. Next day pick up maybe an option depending on availability.

If no contact is made the same day of your original pick up day your order will be considered abandoned and will be thrown out.  

We do not resale or product orders due to them being custom product orders. 

Berried N Business is not responsible for orders once they have been picked up or delivered. 

Please when choosing delivery use the delivery details section upon check-out if there are any special delivery instructions.

Please include delivery date and time preferences under the item notes of the item you order.
